Architecture Project Manager

Our client seeks a passionate Architecture Project Manager to shape impactful projects across South Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic thinker ready to lead and mentor project teams, ensuring the timely and profitable completion of innovative architecture projects. As a project leader, you'll contribute to designs that leave a lasting impression on communities, overseeing projects ranging from K-12 schools and higher education facilities to commercial office buildings. Half-day Fridays, with potential for remote work one day a week after 6 months. Annual bonus based on office performance. What You'll Be Doing Manage and mentor a team across multiple project stages. Consult with clients to align project vision and objectives. Oversee technical decisions, contract documents, and project schedules. Coordinate with agencies, manage bidding and award processes, and administer construction closeout. Ensure project compliance with federal, state, and local building codes. Travel across South Carolina as needed, reimbursable. What You'll Need to Be Considered Bachelor's degree in Architecture, minimum requirement. 5+ years of experience in architecture project management. Advanced proficiency in Revit and familiarity with the Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of engineered building systems and project documentation standards. Must be a registered Architect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
