Job Description As an Architectural Design Administrator , you will manage architectural projects, coordinate permit applications, and ensure seamless communication between teams and clients.
Collaborating with Sales, Basic Design, Project Tracking, and Logistics Coordination, you'll oversee details from materials to manufacturing.
With comprehensive training provided, you'll excel in navigating permit processes and delivering successful outcomes.

Track project timelines, update tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed on time using Excel and CRM systems.
Utilize AI tools to develop fast, creative solutions and avoid delays in daily tasks.
Maintain daily updates for project tasks and deliverables through Slack (familiarity with Slack is advantageous).
Use rendering software such as Enscape and SketchUp to create accurate and detailed designs.
Read and interpret architectural drawings with advanced proficiency in CAD.
Act as the primary communication point for clients and team members to clearly convey project progress and updates.
Manage client billing and project timelines using Quicken Online.
Assist in building and streamlining company data for web communications, including tasks like designing catalogs.
Perform general office tasks with intermediate or advanced experience in project management or CRM systems.

Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
