Strong communication skills via phone and email. Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools. Responsibilities: Generating leads and establishing initial relationships through targeted and efficient outreach efforts. Managing and maintaining a pipeline of potential prospects and coordinating formal discovery meetings with sales executives. Identifying and implementing best practices to enhance the company's lead generation playbook. Leading a team of full-time and/or part-time SDRs, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives. Utilizing SalesForce, Outreach, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities. Identifying and qualifying prospective restaurants that can benefit from the (me) solution. Building strong and trusting relationships with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities. Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market. Providing regular reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Development Manager.
