Watch our Career Video here to see what it is like to work for this incredible team yourself: https://Key Responsibilities:-Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.-Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.-Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential clients.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.-Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.-Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and optimize appointment setting strategies.-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.-Provide feedback to management on ways to improve lead generation and appointment setting processes.Requirements:-Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.-Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.Pay: $17/hr (Possible commissions based on closed deals)
