This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT) with an hour unpaid break Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective property sellers and buyers from provided lead lists.
Identify potential sellers and buyers interested in real estate wholesaling opportunities.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather the necessary information to pass on to acquisition specialists.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for acquisition specialists with qualified leads.
Ensure all appointments are accurately recorded in the company's CRM system.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and answer any preliminary questions they may have.
Communication and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
Provide information about the company's services and value propositions.
Handle objections professionally and provide solutions to encourage potential clients to move forward with an appointment.
Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with leads.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, leads generated, and appointments set.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Experience with Real Estate is a huge bonus! Requirements Proven experience as a cold caller or appointment setter in the real estate industry, preferably in wholesaling.
Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional phone manner.
Strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Experience using CRM software to manage leads and appointments.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
