Appointment Setter - Crm Software (Dzr_18242_Job)

This is a remote position.
Scope: Manage and expand a network of referral sources for a mental health practice.
Work remotely, collaborating with a team of 12 therapists.
Minimum 20 hours per week. Potential to assist with additional tasks such as social media management or newsletter creation.
Responsibilities: Contact and schedule initial meetings with potential referral sources, including doctors, psychiatrists, and lawyers.Maintain and update a database of referral sources and scheduled meetings.Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships with referral partners.Schedule future meetings with established referral sources (90 days to 5 months out).Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.Requirements: Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using calendar management and CRM software.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Experience in appointment setting or similar role preferred.Independent Contractor Perks: Commissions to be discussed.Permanent work from home.Immediate hiring.Steady freelance job.
