Compensation: USD 5 - 10/hour.
Location: - Remote (for Mexico and Colombia residents).

Responsibilities and more: Day to Day Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calling to generate leads and appointment opportunities.
- Utilize automation tools for efficient lead management.
- Implement SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Utilize GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads.
Non-negotiable: - Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
- Experience with GHL methodologies.
- Background in a call center or in real estate calling.
- Experience using Google Maps.
