Responsabilidades y más: Responsabilidades Diarias: Conduct cold calling to generate leads and appointment opportunities. Utilize automation tools for efficient lead management. Implement SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions. Utilize GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads. No negociables: Proficiencia bilingüe (inglés y español). Experiencia con metodologías GHL. Antecedentes en un centro de llamadas o en llamadas de bienes raíces. Experiencia utilizando Google Maps.
