Job Description This is a remote position. Schedule : Monday to Friday; 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Ontario Canada Time or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time with 1 hour unpaid break Responsibilities : Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system Set up appointments for sales representatives, ensuring that the prospect meets the company's criteria Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone, determining their interest and potential fit Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all notes and information are up-to-date in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs Capable of dialing 100+ outbound calls per day Book at least 1 sales meeting per day Requirements : 2+ years experience in telesales / appointment setting Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively over the phone Experience with call scripts and hitting call targets Proficient in English communication skills Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges and objections Background or interest in A.I. technologies is a plus Additional Information : With incentives HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job #J-18808-Ljbffr
