We are searching for the best talent for Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, LA North to be in Bogotá, Colombia.
Purpose: The Strategy & Operations Senior Manager is accountable for enabling the Latin America North organization to take better business decisions using state-of-the-art analytical capabilities, as well as providing an exceptional service experience to key external stakeholders (i.e., Patients and Medical Doctors).
The Strategy & Operations Senior Manager will also develop and enable an innovative culture while delivering on key company initiatives such as New Business Development.
As the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, you will: - Lead Latin America North (LAN) efforts to develop a culture of innovation.
- Drive a continuous improvement of the Patient Support Programs (PSP) to maximize patient adherence.
- Ensure excellence of execution of promo & non-promo events, generating key metrics that improve the events planning & implementation.
- New Business Development: Coordinate local response to regional initiatives, and lead local efforts to maximize portfolio opportunities.
- Liaise with regional teams, share best practices, represent and advocate for the LAN Cluster in the context of the overall Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine strategies.
- Interact with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and training to maximize impact and optimize allocated resources.
Qualifications: - Education Required: A bachelor's or higher degree.
- Experience Required: At least 8 years of experience - preferably in strategic roles, Project management, or Customer Service.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
Learning agility.
- Experience Preferred: Knowledge of BI tools and software.
Experience with patient support programs, events, learning & development, or sales compensation.
Cross-functional collaboration.
- Languages: Proficiency in English & Spanish is required.
- Travel: This position may require up to 30% of travel.
