Position: Customer Service Representative About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and engage with our clients across various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute to process enhancement initiatives. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
