The Analytic Lead coordinates independently the end to end consulting and development for the Assortment & Merchandising portfolio with the client and the internal team (project manager, modeling). They have strong knowledge of Assortment & Merchandising solutions and are able to inspire the junior team members to contribute on the development of the Analytics team. Building solid partnerships with Nielsen's clients by providing powerful Insights & Recommendations. Responsibilities Simultaneous management of several projects and complex or customized studies. Supervises junior associates during the project execution, managing their workload and supporting them from end to end of the projects. Guarantees a correct review of inputs and steps of the process for all the projects with the rest of junior members. Builds strong, clear and persuasive stories as deliverable reports by using analytical flow, storytelling, Playbook and use of SCQA. Within its storytelling, they are able to translate in a concrete, clear and persuasive way its headers, recommendations and conclusions. Anticipates potential issues of process or deliverables, resolving on its own and making action plans to reduce client impacts. Demonstrates solid knowledge of the Assortment & Merchandising portfolio and ability to link with other area's solutions, pushing integration with other Nielsen Solutions (RMS, CPS, MS, NSO, Spectra, other Practices, etc.) in order to deliver analysis with a high level of integration. Supervises new members' work. Trains new joiners and leads certification programs. Has strong and effective client management by mail and meetings, becoming a trusted partner for it. Leads and executes in a proactive and efficient way the creation of metanalysis or thought leadership materials. Proactivity to challenge clients about its objectives and business questions. Has strong skills for presenting and leading workshops to a broader audience including top management. Qualifications 4+ years' experience in similar roles. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Proficient level of English. Good understanding of the client's needs. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Presentation skills, attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and insight generation. Strong ability to manage projects and prioritize own workload to ensure delivery in line with commitments.
