Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your new role:The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for contributing to the efficient functioning of department operations and acting as an additional central point of contact for administrative and operational matters.
They will help coordinate effective processes and communications to support the Regional Brand Marketing Team pertaining to specific areas of the business such as the Premium and Basic Linear Channels.
Your role accountabilities:Support the tracking of expense commitments, anticipated payments, and purchase orders within the existing Marketing department Expense Trackers.Act as an additional point of contact for all operational and administrative matters and inquiries.Help communicate Accounting and Finance deadlines to departments, as well, as vendor onboarding process and document requirements to departments.Act as liaison with Accounts Payable, Finance COE, Procurement and Legal, when necessary.Support Marketing Operations Manager in the monthly preparation of department forecasts to Finance, as well, as preparation of month-end reports to local Accounting (Accruals/Reclasses).Reconciliation of monthly SAP and/or ARIBA expense reports for specific areas.Provide administrative support to help facilitate legal compliance.Create purchase orders for vendor payments when necessary.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor´s degree in correlative area;Upper intermediate english;Experience with operation routine;SAP KnowledgeHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
