Job Description: Kenvue is recruiting for a Lease Accounting Analyst for its Finance Operations team. As a member of our Finance Operations team, you will have exclusive access to a network of financial professionals worldwide. This network will help you build on your current skills and explore opportunities to grow your career at Kenvue. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Lease Accounting team. The Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue's Lease Accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements. What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Support all activities related to Leases Accounting including initial lease assessments, disposals, transfers, as well as supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team. Remain current with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies to ensure the team is evolving as per industry standards. Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership. Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings. Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities. Understand, adhere to, and execute worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions to remediate/prevent breaches. Ensure strong internal controls are in place, to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance. Fluent in English, other language skills desirable. 1-3 years of professional experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Be open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies. Experience in a Lease Accounting department desirable. Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines. Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferable. Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO.
