Your job, as Analyst - Cross-Functional Reporting (Validations & Stability) within our team, will be to deliver and support Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.
Main responsibilities: Include appendices relevant to reports, ensuring completeness and relevance to the report content Prepare data for analysis, including trending and manipulation, using statistical tools and software Organize and analyze environmental data using statistical software to identify trends and patterns Conduct training sessions to instruct staff on standardized documentation management procedures and rules Ensure adherence to established documentation standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and Specialist to support report issuance activities Identify opportunities for process improvement in data preparation, analysis methodologies, and documentation practices About you Experience: Professional experience in technical documentation and report management general documentation management Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner.
Strong analytical skills.
Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat, LIMS), Word, Excel, Power Point, Statistical tools. Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field) Languages: Excellent English communication and writing; additionally, at least one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese or French Why choose us?
