Job Description - Analyst, CALA Owner Relations and Franchise Openings - Colombia OR Mexico (COR014TV) Job Number: COR014TV Work Locations: Hilton - Colombia Branch Cra. 7 #72-41 Bogota ***The location for this position is Bogota, Colombia, OR Mexico City, Mexico *** This is your chance to be part of an in-house Owner Relations team that delivers responsive support to Owners and Hotel Leaders across the CALA region (Caribbean and Latin America) with over 210 hotels in the portfolio! As Analyst of CALA Owner Relations & Franchise Openings, you will partner with the Owner Relations, pre-openings, and broader organization teams to help analyze, create, implement, and provide resources to support our owners and hotel leaders. You will report to the Senior Director Owner Relations/Franchise Openings CALA, focusing on assisting the team, hotels, and owners in overall performance activities. The position is open to candidates based in either Mexico City, Mexico, or Bogota, Colombia, at our CALA regional office. The position will require travel up to 10% of the time across the CALA region (Caribbean and Latin America). HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Assist on pre-opening calls with hotels to follow up on critical tasks and ensure successful completion of them, like RFPs, CARPs, Meeting Broker / Delphi leads, and maintain the most updated and concise information on each roadmap project. Build and translate presentations. Maintain job aids, manage owner relations database in Salesforce, and plan regional events. Run reports of different applications for special projects: i.e. Cognos, Tableau, report writer, roadmap, BOSS, and Onq SM. Draft communications to hotels/owners to distribute via TCEs / NOW. Assist with IT-related systems for hotels and owners: i.e. IDM, Hilton emails, MFA, Vantage, Distro Lists, and Service Now tickets. How you will collaborate with others: Listen to all partners' ideas, questions, comments, feedback, and areas of opportunity to ensure all deliverables are met. Facilitate communication and improvement of the performance of our portfolio of hotels in the region. What projects you will take ownership of: Deliver all assigned tasks, presentations, conclusions, reports, and related plans to Owner Relations teams, and prepare outstanding presentations to external partners when needed. Present convincing data, documents and materials utilizing Hilton's tools to help transmit the desired story to our partners. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: One (1) year of work experience in hotel-branded franchise operations. One (1) year of work experience in project management and analytics. Bilingual and able to fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish. Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables and creating presentations). Work from our corporate office based in Mexico City, Mexico, OR Bogota, Colombia. Travel up to 10%. It would be useful if you have: Knowledge of Owner Relations or Franchise Openings with hotel-branded franchises in the Latin America Region. Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
