Las principales responsabilidades del cargo son:
- Coordinar y planear el ordenamiento semanal para garantizar el suministro oportuno de componentes a la línea de producción manteniendo los inventarios dentro de la política de DOH
- Dar seguimiento a los proveedores de material y logísticos para asegurar el inventario mínimo requerido en planta
- Monitorear semanalmente el cubrimiento de material importado
- Escalar oportunamente potenciales problemas de desabastecimiento, dar seguimiento e implementar planes de acción de ser el caso
- Asegurar el cargue regular y mantenimiento de la información del material suministrado en los sistemas MGO y SAP, con el propósito de garantizar su confiabilidad
- Responsable de apoyar la gestión de relaciones con proveedores logísticos y proveedores de servicios
- Identificar problemas, actualizar o modificar métodos de trabajo de ser necesarios
- Promover los valores de GM y toma decisiones centradas en el cliente
