As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end selection cycle: sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring of qualified candidates in the BPO industry.
What do you need to be part of this team: Professionals or students from psychology, business administration, or related careers.
At least one year of working experience in talent acquisition roles.
English B2+/C1.
Job conditions: Work labor contract for 2 months, then indefinite term contract.
Salary: $2'800.000 + Commission $200.000 (Bi-weekly payment).
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:15 pm.
100% on-site: Bogotá - Chapinero.
