Process Improvement and Quality Analyst- Urabá SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Urabá | On Site How a day to day would look like in this role:
Process Documentation: Draft, structure, and update processes related to quality, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards.Audit Execution: Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with organizational processes and policies.PQR Management: Handle and resolve users' requests, complaints, and claims, ensuring effective communication and documenting each case as per established procedures. What we need to see from you Profile: Technician in Quality Assurance or Industrial Management with Minimum of 1 year in roles related to quality and process management.
