Lugar: CO - Cali Representante de Adquisición de Talento de Goodyear: GABRIELLE RICHTMANN Primary Purpose of the Position: Analysis of the brand & product competitiveness and suitability of product for the market guarantee right level of profitability, Sales team Operations Support and commercials programs.
Main Responsibilities:• Responsible for calculating and monitoring trends in the tire industry and its impact on the business• Follow-up to the product portfolio, close white space, prioritized sizes, new products and synergy with the supply department to attend the demand of channels.• Monitoring of prices to determine the competitiveness of the product versus main competitors• Responsible for monthly reports and reports regarding the operation of sales• Support to Consumer Sales Team activities to achieve objectives.• Competitor product monitoring, new developments, and field launch activities working close with regional team• National fleet support, Credit Memos calculation and audit.• LAGost sales tracking and monitoring.
Experience: RequiredMinimum of 2 years in commercial/ marketing area DesiredExperience in marketing & sales (pricing and product) Education & Certifications: RequiredDegree in Administrative Sciencies or related DesiredEmphasis in marketing (post graduation) or MBAEnglish Skills Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required• Ability to Leading teams, teamwork and working with sense of urgency• Intermediate in Excel, Power Point and Internet.• Good level of communication skills DesiredKnowledge SAP #LI-GR1
