Requirements: - Professionals in administrative or related fields. - B2 or higher level of english (essential). - At least 1 year of experience in billing processes. - Proactive attitude, teamwork, and strong conflict resolution skills. - Availability to work in person in Barranquilla. Main Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and collect invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with accounting and financial policies. - Monitor outstanding accounts to guarantee timely payments and correctly apply cash receipts. - Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments, and resolve discrepancies by communicating with clients and stakeholders. - Work with other departments to ensure accurate invoice generation and maintain precise customer records and related documentation. - Identify and recommend improvements in billing processes and practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
