Job Title Americas Contract Fulfillment Manager Position type: Manager Location: Bogota Job family: Finance About Your Business Area/Department: The Order To Cash department is responsible for maximizing Amadeus revenues and cash while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. Summary of the role: The Americas Contract Fulfillment and Ordering team is responsible for transcribing contractual conditions and customer inventory into SAP. This function is the cornerstone of efficiency in all downstream activities directly impacting the ability to bill, collect, and pay customers in a timely and efficient manner. In this role you'll: Management/Leading: Manage the team, provide motivation, development, and foster engagement. Lead and monitor the operational Contract Fulfillment and Ordering team for the Amadeus Americas region. Guide your team and collaborate with management to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are aligned with the Service Level Agreements. Conduct yourself as a business partner for other management areas, internal departments, and customers, providing support and advice for all contract fulfillment, ordering, and billing related topics. Address any internal/external customer escalations and/or queries. Drive, collaborate and provide guidance on the evolution of Order to Cash related processes. Collaboration and Involvement: Work on local and international projects. Optimize collaboration with neighboring areas, support departments, and customers. Support monthly billing execution, monthly closing, and reporting activities. Provide expertise in products, pricing, customer master data, and contract aspects. About the ideal candidate: Minimum 4 years experience in a managerial role. Bilingual: must have an intermediate to advanced English level. Leads by example and is interested in mastering the daily activities of the department. Problem solver who identifies new requirements, analyzes, prioritizes, and solves them. Proactive and shows initiative. Excellent communication, conflict management, and team development skills. Expert level in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
