Are you passionate about Amazon brand growth and client success? We're looking for a proactive, strategic Brand Manager to lead client relationships while supporting cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Lead day-to-day account management, acting as the primary client liaison for key Amazon accounts. Collaborate with PPC, supply chain, and content teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of client strategies. Ensure Amazon Seller Central health, including compliance, brand registry management, and account troubleshooting. Manage and track client performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Provide proactive client updates, identifying growth opportunities and offering tailored recommendations. Act as the client advocate internally, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction. Support internal account management processes, optimizing workflow and team communication. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful 3+ years of Amazon account management experience with a focus on PPC, supply chain, or content. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, brand health, and compliance management. Excellent client-facing communication skills: responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting key performance metrics.
