the ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities:Data management & analysis: gather, clean, and analyze sales data to generate insights that inform sales strategies and identify improvement opportunities.Sales process optimization: work with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting & dashboarding: develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the sales team, providing visibility into key metrics and performance trends.Forecasting support: assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management, providing detailed analysis to support accurate projections.CRM management: ensure CRM data quality and compliance, train sales team members on best practices, and assist in troubleshooting CRM issues.Performance tracking: monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, identifying trends and flagging areas needing attention to help drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Education: bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics, or 3+ years of work experience in a sales operations analyst or similar role.Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related field.Technical skills: proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI software).Analytical skills: strong ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and present insights in a clear and actionable format.Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skillsRoca Alliances Global Impact: Be part of a company transforming businesses globally.
