What will your challenge be? Lead the technical strategies to reduce the carbon footprint in the cement plants of the region, working with local and regional teams to guarantee supplies and innovative projects that reduce the Clinker factor, increase the consumption of alternative fuels, promote the use of alternative raw materials, decarbonated raw materials and promote emerging technologies for direct use of CO2. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related. 4 years' experience in cement plants quality. Experience in handling alternative fuels. Skills in reports preparation and presentation. Skills in managing audiences (planning, processes, projects, plant employees, global technology). Skills in communication, teamwork, and leadership. Analytical thinking, results orientation, planification, organization, innovation and adapting to change. English and Spanish advanced. Desirable Requirements Postgraduate studies.
