What are we looking for?
Are you a superstar in Software Development Project Management with ITIL experience in Fixed Price and Development Factory environments?
If you have at least 10 years in the role and a passion for creating synergies, sharing knowledge, and competencies, this opportunity is for you! .
What We're Looking For: Solid Experience: At least 10 years managing software development projects, combining Project Management, agile mindset, and lean thinking .
PMP Certification: PMP certification from PMI.
Disciplined Agile Delivery: Experience in Disciplined Agile Delivery, driving adaptation and change velocity in teams .
Comprehensive Management: Competence in managing Projects, Programs, and Portfolios, including Budgets, Schedules, Change, Risk, and Knowledge.
Training and Mentoring: Experience in training and mentoring teams .
Change Management: Competence in Change Management and/or Executive Coaching.
Desirable Technical Knowledge: ACP Certification: ACP certification from PMI.
Metrics and Objectives: Familiarity with OKR and KPI.
Scaled Agility: Knowledge in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, LESS, and SAFe.
English Proficiency: B2 level or higher.
