Role description As a bilingual agent you will be responsible for communicating with our customers with the purpose of attracting and acquiring both our energy and gas services, looking for the best option for the benefit of the households within the US territories in which we operate. What you will be doing You will be in charge of the first contact with the client, hence it is ideal to have the correct approach when it comes to selling, you must have verbal fluency, be excellent in social relations, have strong negotiation skills, and to always keep track of clients as well as updating the database while handling and recording sales reports in our CRM records. Requirements A conversational level of English. (At least B2) Efficiency in typing customer data and information. (Around 40 to 60 WPM) Ability to learn and be an active listener. Outstanding phone manners along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Full time availability. No previous experience in the role/industry is needed, but any related experience you may have is a plus. What we offer! Morning shifts. Good work environment.
