About the role:TikTok is seeking an Agency Partnership Manager for the Peruvian Market in order to support our organization out of the Colombia office.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network solutions selling and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business.
The candidate will have operational knowledge of agencies within the Big 6 and experience dealing with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, Digital teams.
A proven track record in scaling agency investment is a must.
Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key agency executives.
The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization with the intent of onboarding priority accounts and moving agency partners from a vendor to partner status.
You'll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across Agencies & Advertising Technology partners.
Responsibilities:- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities;- Ensure that our agency partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.- Educate agencies on TikTok products and best practices.- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships across various agency teams;- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all partners / clients;- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions;- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services;- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies;- Onboard new agencies and their customers.
Minimum Qualifications:- Must be willing to work in Bogota.- 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.- Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills (due to the business requirement in the region)- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with media agencies as partners or customers, or relevant roles within media agencies.
- Knowledge of the Peruvian media industry and key players within the market.
- Data driven mentality, comfortable working with data analysis tools.- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders in the tech/media industry.
