???? ????? Serve as the TL of the O&M analysis team, support process improvement and quality improvement, and support the smooth delivery of O&M projects. Be responsible for SOC maintenance and key UC operation, and present the value of network optimization to customers. Be responsible for subcontractor acceptance and business KPI management to ensure stable delivery resources. Support O&M tool implementation. Position Requirements Business Skills Requirements: 1. Have a good command of basic O&M product knowledge and solutions. 2. Be familiar with NPM/FLM/NOC delivering, and be equipped with SQL is preferred. 3. Customer-facing work experience is required. Professional Knowledge Requirement: 1. Have general knowledge of network troubleshooting technologies. Master the procedure for rectifying common network faults. Have a good command of the introduction to common diagnosis tools of routers. Have a good command of common troubleshooting methods. Understand the requirements of troubleshooting for network maintenance and management personnel. 2. Be familiar with mainstream equipment in the telecom network and have a good understanding of maintenance. Other Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electric/Telecom Engineering, Information Technology or related fields or relevant equivalent experience. • Min 24-36 Months experience in a Management Service or similar role. • Proven track record within a NOC or NPM environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
