Location: Bogota Type of work: Hybrid (50% in the office / 50% at home) Job description: The CASA Marketing Leader has primary responsibility for enabling creation and delivery of Marketing strategies and processes in the affiliate to improve the customer experience (considering B2B abd B2C and achieve commercial goals for the affiliate, including the value of the portfolio (pricing and volume).

Functions, duties and tasks: * Own pricing in coordination with Finance and forecast in coordination with sales and supply, with mandatory participation in local Pricing committee and S&OP; * Accountable for the development and execution of brand plans.
* Develop and monitor key metrics of marketing campaigns.
* Enable the marketing team to develop marketing strategies for all products not supported by Global Marketing.
* Enable the digital transformation * Lead governance of local Marketing team including Code of Conduct, Ethics and Compliance, Promotional material procedure.
* Own the marketing competency model.
