The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a AWC Marketing Leader LatAm, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by: Implementing AWC marketing plan, aligned with global portfolio strategy and according to specific go-to-market model in each country across LatAm.
Driving growth by meeting customers' needs through flawless marketing campaigns implementation.
Measuring marketing campaigns impact and results based on defined KPIs.
Executing global NPI launches according to global portfolio strategy and commercialization plan in the region.
Identifying market trends to anticipate opportunities for our products and solutions.
Supporting and collaborating with local sales managers, channel managers, sales representatives, clinical specialists, medical education, and medical affairs teams.
Managing LatAm Marketing budget.
Overseeing price list approvals for AWC portfolio products.
Leading the AWC Marketing teams.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.
5+ years marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
Exposure and understanding of healthcare landscape and dynamics in several countries across LatAm.
5+ years of team leadership experience.
Bilingual (English – Spanish, or English – Portuguese).
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Strategic pricing understanding.
Ability to translate global portfolio strategy into regional adapted tactics including prioritization of countries and/or market segments.
Able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, agility and adaptability, leading others by influence.
Experience in marketing and product management in a healthcare or medical device company, ideally in an acute setting.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, marketing, and managerial skills.
Demonstrated success in working and building relationships with global and local countries' colleagues, cross-functional teams, and channel strategic partners.
Skills include strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, resilience, and drive for results.
Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel) Travel: May include up to 40% domestic/international travel Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
