Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BruntWork, a fast-paced commercial real estate compliance firm. As a key member of our operations team, you will directly support the company president in managing critical tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently managing contacts using RingCentral phone system and CRM software, performing basic bookkeeping duties, and conducting weekly follow-ups on unpaid invoices to maintain healthy cash flow. You will also lead and assist with research projects, oversee real estate listing management, handle email correspondence for the company president, review and process documents related to real estate compliance, and develop and refine processes for various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, experience with CRM systems, and strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. A real estate background is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively, possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and be willing to learn and grow within the role.
