Reports to: Executive Director Supervises: Teachers as needed Interactions: Clients, client's parents, potential clients and teachers (sales leads) Role: Execute organizational operations and provide service to clients consistent with company goals and objectives by blending together skills in process administration, client services, teacher relations, and communications. This role will act as a conduit between teachers and clients managing communication, complex scheduling coordination and orchestration, and various resource accommodations. Additionally, the position will actively engage and follow up with potential clients, supporting efforts to achieve conversion goals. Committed to improving the lives of your co-workers. You will: Embrace lead and customer engagement. Address leads from website/calls/emails. Manage sales workflow. Convert leads. Master complex customer scheduling and concierge management with ridiculous efficiency. Control scheduling software. Input and update calendars. Execute various tasks and manage systematic nuances. Get to know and love using CRM systems. Perform routine follow-up calls/emails and outreach to maintain smooth operations. Manage accounts receivable and invoicing. Provide exceptional customer service and solve complex scheduling issues. Engage in creative problem solving and relationship management. Potential to help in other areas of Operations, marketing efforts, blog management, and community partnership outreach. Above and beyond: Learn marketing techniques, email campaign software, content development and promotion best practices. Requirements: Job Specifications: Experience required: Demonstrated ability to drive and implement processes and procedures through diversified organizations. Significant experience in customer service preferred. Experience with or appreciation for music lessons is strongly preferred (but not a deal-breaker). Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge/Ability: Cursory knowledge of music styles and instrument families. Understanding of music pedagogy is extremely helpful but not required. Other requirements for the job: Private, protected wireless internet network. Life insurance. Birthday day off.
