This is a remote position.
Schedule: Flexible during client's business hours ( 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Livermore, CA Time) , 20 hrs per week Monday - Friday Job Responsibilities: Efficient data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
Prepare and draft detailed documents and contracts.
File Management.
Update and maintain records and other databases.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Take responsibility for the preparation and distribution of documents, including employee handbooks, policies, and compliance forms, ensuring that all employees have access to necessary information.
Collaborate with the team to implement and optimize administrative processes.
Requirements Strong written English proficiency and effective communication skills.
Demonstrated reliability with a keen attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
Experience in using various online communication and collaboration tools.
