About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our President and gain practical experience across a variety of administrative roles. Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments and maintain an events calendar Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries Conduct research on the internet for hotels, restaurants, activities, and services Assist with the organization of CTO dinners, including researching locations, sending out invitations, and arranging menus Prepare financial reports and handle correspondence on behalf of the company President Communicate with other departments and customers via Skype calls, chats, and emails Requirements Advanced English level, excellent typing and note-taking skills Analytical skills and great attention to detail Structural thinking and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly Self-motivation, proactiveness, and ability to multitask Solid time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines What We Offer A comfortable remote work environment Opportunity to work closely with the business owner and gain practical experience Enhance your professional skills by undertaking a wide range of interesting and challenging tasks Join a thriving IT company and get firsthand experience operating in a unique US business culture How to Apply Submit a CV in English and we will be in touch to discuss the next steps. #J-18808-Ljbffr
