Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible during business hours, 4hrs per day | 20hrs per week Responsibilities: Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to update and maintain various databases and records.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all entries.
Payroll Assistance: Assist with payroll processing tasks such as data collection, timekeeping, and payroll calculations.
Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.
Accounts Payable (AP) Support: Assist with accounts payable tasks including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment scheduling.
Maintain organized records of all AP transactions and ensure adherence to payment deadlines.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation as needed.
Light social media management Doing client calls as needed Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and information exchange.
Collaborate with colleagues to support departmental goals and initiatives.
Requirements: Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
Has experience in managing podcast.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with database management systems.
Basic understanding of payroll and accounts payable processes is desirable, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
