Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule:   9 AM to 6 PM New Jersey time, Monday to Friday We are seeking a proactive and professional Bilingual Receptionist fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, handling incoming phone calls and assisting clients with inquiries.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in eClinicalWorks, as the role involves frequent use of this platform to access client information and address their needs.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries in both languages with a high degree of professionalism.
