As an Administrative Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our client's dynamic operations, managing customer inquiries, supporting event hosts, and playing a crucial role in financial transactions.
You'll navigate cutting-edge ticketing technology, handle support tickets through HubSpot, and process payments via Stripe.

Responsibilities Manage and promptly respond to customer support tickets through HubSpot CRM Assist event attendees with issues such as missing tickets or incorrect email addresses Handle payment disputes and process payouts for event hosts using Stripe Reconcile accounts and manage fee revenue for various host types Navigate our proprietary ticketing platform for daily operations Conduct SMS blasting campaigns for marketing and communication purposes Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations Collaborate with internal teams to optimize event management processes Requirements A Mac user Strong customer service skills with ability to handle high-volume inquiries Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Familiarity with payment processing platforms, ideally Stripe Excellent attention to detail, particularly for financial reconciliation tasks Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Adaptability and willingness to learn new software platforms Enthusiasm for the event and entertainment industry Ability to work Eastern US hours (10 AM to 8-9 PM) Must know how to speak Hebrew (nice to have for now) Benefits HMO coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_18485_JOB
