Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule is 20 hours a week anytime from 8am to 5pm Minnesota Time Responsibilities + Expectations: Being able to establish relationships with new clients interested in starting Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) with the client and maintain a relationship for the first 3-6 months of services with our company Strong spoken English language experience, as conversations will be held twice a week via phone Strong written skills as application submissions will be requested on behalf of new clients that this part time admin assistant will be working with Ability to conduct research for housing options that would best satisfy the client requirements, as well as opportunities to enhance the company and its employees to aid in HSS services Strong organizational skills: We use Google sheets, CRMs, Google docs, Google forms, OpenPhone, WhatsApp, and Discord Requirements Key qualifications include: ? 2-3+ years experience in a Administrative/Executive Assistant or Project management role ? Strong written/verbal communication proficiency ? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills ? Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM's (Monday.com / Caretap), Google Calendar ? Ability to adapt/thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding/knowledge of rental housing and how to search/apply for housing.
Highly sought out experience in subsidized/affordable housing related work.

Patience is a virtue.
