Responsibilities Manage email communications using ConvertKit, responding to inquiries and maintaining subscriber lists Liaise with grant funders, assisting in documentation and reporting Conduct and analyze surveys with service users to ensure program effectiveness Handle customer relationship management tasks to maintain strong connections with participants Create engaging content and manage social media platforms to increase community engagement Update website content using an intuitive drag-and-drop platform Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to support financial management Assist in organizing singing sessions and related events, contributing to the smooth running of programs Support the overall growth and development of the organization through efficient administrative processes Requirements Female candidates only (due to the nature of our clientele and their specific needs) Proficiency in email management and marketing platforms (experience with ConvertKit is a plus) Basic bookkeeping skills and familiarity with QuickBooks Experience with social media management and content creation Ability to use drag-and-drop website builders for content updates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities and effective time management Empathetic approach and ability to maintain strict confidentiality Passion for community service and health/well-being initiatives Flexibility to work remotely and manage time effectively Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a mission-driven team Enthusiasm for learning and growing with an expanding non-profit organization Benefits Permanent work from home Immediate hiri ng Steady freelance job
