Job Summary Job Opportunity: Remote Real Estate Sales Representative (Full-Time) Salary: $5 USD per hour + 2% commission Bonus & Profit Sharing Opportunities: Opportunities for additional earnings based on performance and long-term profit sharing. Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Lunes a Viernes), Paid Bi-Weekly. Our company specializes in finding homes to purchase for rental purposes, and we are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Real estate experience is a plus) Native-level English proficiency (Must be able to read and speak English fluently) Good internet connection USB headset with noise canceling Laptop or desktop computer Quiet, dedicated workspace Compensation: Base Pay: $5 USD per hour Commission: 2% commission on sales Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses Profit Sharing: Opportunities for company profit sharing for long-term employees Preferred Experience: Real estate sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a solid sales background.
