Accounts Receivable Analyst

Do you have experience in the accounts receivable department, collections and portfolio management? At Turia Services we are looking for you! Specific Responsibilities: - Review of remissions (quantities and prices)- Creation and dispatch of invoices to clients (monitor client database)- Gather information and/or evidence for credit note requests - Follow up on credit note requests - Balance closing - Generate and send reports - Monthly closing Requirements: - Technologist or professional degree holder in administrative and accounting fields with a strong passion for numbers - B2 level of English, with a strong desire to achieve conversational proficiency - Advanced Excel skills - Proactive and highly organized What We Offer: - Opportunities for growth within the company - Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance - Office hours: Monday to Friday - Free English and Portuguese classes for you and a family member at all levels If you meet the requirements, what are you waiting for?
