Barranquilla Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team.
This mid-level role is designed for accounting professionals who want to contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial processes.
The position requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute daily accounting tasks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
Supervise and prepare key financial reports, providing accurate data for decision-making.
Manage the entire lifecycle of financial transactions, including account reconciliations.
Collaborate in internal and external audits, assisting in the review of accounting records.
Maintain up-to-date tax records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes to optimize department efficiency.
Required Skills: Advanced English level (B2+/C1) Microsoft Office – Intermediate Level.
Accounting Software – Advanced Level.
Solid knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
2 to 3 years of work experience in accounting or related fields.
