Accounts Payable Assistant

The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for the process of reviewing, receiving, and registering invoices from suppliers in the countries we are in charge of, complying with established internal and external standards, guaranteeing time and quality. Key Responsibilities Consolidate AP Aging integration and support Validation & registration of purchase invoices Responsible for EPD process - Credit Memo registration Responsible for scheduling payments to suppliers Knowledge, Skills + Experience 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, treasury, data analysis Student of first semesters of accounting / graduated in Accounting Technician Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles Ability to professionally drive change and process Extremely high level of written and verbal communication skills Strong background in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments Your resume will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting team, and we'll reach out to you directly if there's a fit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
