What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Ensure complete and accurate accounting for all Inter & Intra company process flows, including intercompany charge outs/ins, reconciling out-of-balances, and performing balance sheet reconciliations. Execute financial periods timely and in accordance with the closing calendar, adhering to Compliance, Internal Audit, and SOX requirements. Comply with GAAP and SEC regulations, ensuring accuracy and validity of reported actuals within scope. Foster deep expertise in Worldwide Procedures and compliance for relevant areas. Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas for process efficiency. Execute global intercompany activities in line with process taxonomy, focusing on balance sheet reconciliations to minimize open items. Support leadership in recruiting, mentoring, and aligning cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-process teams, ensuring consistent global documentation. Influence and execute process improvements in line with global standards. Recommend and implement automation or improvements in financial reporting processes. Stay updated on industry trends, accounting rulings, and new technologies. Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed. Perform other tasks as delegated by the Senior Team Lead or Manager. Compliance Support auditors and legal authorities as required. Adhere to and execute worldwide policies, identifying compliance risks and recommending solutions. Ensure strong internal controls are in place to achieve favorable internal and external audit ratings. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent. CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications preferred. Fluent English required; additional language skills desirable. At least 4 years of professional accounting experience. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Openness to new ideas, rapid change, and new technologies. Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel. Flexibility to work shifts aligning with global assignments in Americas/EMEA/ASIA. Lead/participate in regional/global/cross-functional duties as assigned. Desired Qualifications Ability to manage ambiguity and fluid situations pragmatically. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Experience in a Shared Service Centre or BPO of a multinational corporation. Experience in a global Account to Report function of a large multi-state company.
