Accounting Specialist Essential Functions: Ability to effectively communicate and interact with attorneys, administrative and support staff and clients Accounts payable Manage Quickbooks Online Recording accurate and complete financial data Conducting daily banking activities Producing financial reports Monthly reconciliations Assisting Billing Coordinator with AR (including sending out invoices) Processing payroll Competitive Salary and Benefits Include: Competitive salary commensurate with experience with a starting range of: $40,000 - $45,000.
