Job Summary This position manages the accounting processes both IFRS and local for multiple legal entities in 5 countries in the Andina Region (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela) to meet internal and external reporting requirements, in accordance with Group Business Control framework, global processes and standars. The position is based at our Tetra Pak office in Bogota, Colombia. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What You Will Do As an Accounting Manageryou will: Manage the Accounting team and all the accounting processes for 5 legal entities in the Andina Region (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela). Ensure compliance with local / statutory reporting Support the Finance Operations Hub Director and Andina Region Finance Director in ensuring delivery of efficient and effective services to the local site. Be a business partner to the rest of the Finance teams (Controlling, Treasury & Credit, and Tax). Execute processes with the require controls, guaranteeing smooth performance, with quality and on-time deliverables Adopt global processes, best practices and related improvements Streamline and harmonize the local processes. Build an efficient and professional local process team. Manage, coach and mentor direct reports to ensure performance Provide audit support for the local market for local, statutory and internal audits in coordination with Finance Department. Participate in cross-funtional projects. Manage escalation appropriately. We believe you have Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Strong technical skills in IFRS and local accounting Leadership skills to be able to manage and influence different teams and stakeholders, and articulate all the accounting activities Project management skills and ability to deliver under pressure with tight deadlines More than 7 years of experience in Accounting, and at least 3 years in a similar role, managing 2 or more people, with preferred experience in multinational companies covering several legal entities and countries. Good skills working with Excel and SAP (or any similar ERP), Power BI (or any similar package). Experience matching local with global objectives, supporting matrix structures. Good business digital capabilities will be an advantage. Fluent in English & Spanish.
