Accounting & Finance Supervisor

Your Mission:  Primary responsibilities include payment, working capital, cash controls and inter-company reconciliationProvide day to day leadership across the processing, reporting and month end closing activities for invoice processingManage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparationReport accurate, timely and insightful monthly management accounts and financial updates for management reviewParticipate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changesCollaborate with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectivesCollaborate with external auditors, tax advisors and legal counsels to ensure successful audit results and compliancePrepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budgetActively review and advise on financial/accounting processesYour Qualification: Minimum experience of 5+ years in accounting Fluent in English and SpanishStrong knowledge in Colombian accounting standards, tax knowledge and foreign currency regulationsAccounting software/SAP system skillsStrong computer skills (e.g.MS Office)Strong research ability, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skillsHighly motivated, able to multi-task and work independently under deadline What we offer: A challenging and responsible position in an open-minded team with a great spiritA well-known brand, an attractive salary package
