Oversee accounts receivable by creating invoices, securing client deposits, and closing out payments upon project completion.
Maintain Accurate Financial Records : Categorize all credit card and bank transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
Be the Client Liaison : Communicate effectively with clients from the estimate approval stage through final payment, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every step.
Oversee Subscriptions and Equipment : Maintain company subscriptions, warranties, and equipment financing to keep operations running efficiently.
Coordinate Internally : Act as the go-to person for interdepartmental coordination and manage our CRM system to streamline project workflows.
Ideal Profile What You'll Bring to the Role QuickBooks Expertise : You're highly skilled in QuickBooks and financial record-keeping.
CRM Experience : Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus, and you're comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets to stay organized.
Exceptional Communication Skills : You excel in written and verbal English, ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members.
Organized Multitasker : You thrive in managing multiple responsibilities with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
