Restaurant Sales and Payroll Reconciliation Perform weekly reconciliations for sales and payroll data using tools like Toast.
Prepare journal entries in QuickBooks for accurate financial reporting.
Ensure bank deposits match reported sales, resolving any discrepancies.
Daily QuickBooks Management Categorize transactions according to established rules.
Identify unusual transactions and recommend solutions or improvements.
Accounts Receivable (AR) Management Send follow-up emails for outstanding invoices.
Track and ensure the timely completion of invoicing tasks.
Expense and Bill Management Categorize expenses using tools like Ramp and process client bills efficiently.
Sales Receipts Create sales receipts in QuickBooks for payments received through Stripe.
Requirements The Qualifications We Seek C1 English proficiency level.
1-5 years of experience in similar roles (Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Financial Operations).
Solid understanding of accounting principles, including credits, debits, and accruals .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
